fantastic stay, attentive staff

excellent foodperfect pillows

I appreciate the excellent food selection at dinner. The meals tasted GREAT and portions were generous. the bar offered a relaxed atmosphere, I found it to be an added bonus. the staff WAS attentive. the pillows were perfect.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It made exploring very easy. the staff were friendly and efficient, particularly megan at reception. the room was very comfy and tidy. It had everything i needed for a pleasant stay.

i noticed that the noise level was quite high, especially at night. the sound seemed to come from the entrance area below the room. i also found the pillows a bit odd as they reminded me of they had a plastic cover underneath the pillowcase. there was no fridge in the room, difficult to keep milk fresh for tea.

the hotel's location is central and allows easy access to many places.

The room i stayed in felt outdated. It seemed like it had not been renovated in a long time, the decor was old. road noise was a problem during the night. Boy racers revved engines until late, disrupting sleep. the provided fan did little to cool the warm room.
